Breathe Easy groups in Eastbourne and Hailsham  

The British Lung Foundation are running local support groups for anyone with a lung condition, including carers, friends and families in Eastbourne and Hailsham. The regular meetings also feature guest speakers and refreshments.

Breathe Easy East Eastbourne

  • Third Tuesday of each month – 2pm – Deerfold Centre, 233 Seaside, Eastbourne BN22 7NR

GOSH in the Havens 2017 (Walks Programme)

This is a free programme of outdoor group activities – fresh air, friendly people, gentle exercise, nature & a cuppa!

The group meets every Wednesday morning 10.00am to 12.00pm. All walks are around 60-90 minutes.
